It was a real pleasure to visit Oliver’s Cider and Perry today. Oliver’s is a small, independent cider and perry making company based on a farm in Ocle Pychard, Herefordshire. I met founder Tom Oliver to learn more about the business, and the fine cider and perry that he has been making for 25 years.
