Ledbury Repair Cafe was the first in Herefordshire, and has been going for more than 5 years now, with dozens of skilled volunteers and many hundreds of happy ‘customers’! Volunteers are full of enthusiasm about the sense of achievement they get from keeping stuff out of landfill. When I visited, all sorts of things were being repaired, from coffee makers to strimmers, and broken zips to a Christmas Carousel toy!

The team in the cafe keep everyone fed & watered, and some people come in just for the cake! Bravo to everyone involved in this brilliant community initiative!
