It was a pleasure to sit down with Euan McPherson, chief executive of Services for Independent Living (SIL) to learn more about the organisation.
SIL is a Leominster-based charity and company that supports many local people to live independently. With nearly 150 staff, they are a key part of the local care sector.
It’s a great tribute to SIL that they are such a popular place to work – they’ve won the Hereford Times’ Health and Social Care Awards ‘Care Employer of the Year’ award two years running.
Congratulations to SIL and a massive well done to all the staff – and everyone else who works their socks off in the care sector – for your brilliant and very important work.
