It was great to spend yesterday morning at a mental health awareness training workshop run by the brilliant local charity We Are Farming Minds.
They do fantastic work around mental health in the farming community here in Herefordshire. It’s impossible to overstate the importance of good health – both mental and physical. Helping us all to stay healthy and happy should be our goal as a society.
